Campaigns

We stand with the people already doing this.

The Glitter Standard is one thing: a tested standard of welcome for venues. The campaigns below are the wider fight and Glittered venues carry them into the room. We promote them; we do not claim them. None of these organisations has endorsed the Standard unless it says so on their own site.

Year round

Ask for Angela

The codeword that gets someone out of a situation quietly. It is inside the base of every Glittered venue and it is the one thing our testers try in one venue in three. Delivered locally through Best Bar None and WAVE training.

Same Side (UN Women UK)

A year-round campaign with Vodafone Foundation using sport to offer young men a better story about manhood than the manosphere, with a free conversation guide for parents and a bystander film released in August 2026. Glittered venues are where bystanders act, and the Same Side conversation belongs at every bar that sells to young men.

Best Bar None

The Home Office supported safer socialising accreditation that the Standard sits on. If your venue is not in a scheme, start there.

Good Night Out

Harassment response training and accreditation for venues. Recognised in full by the Standard.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower

The lanyard that says "I may need more time or help". Every Glittered venue recognises it and one of our testers wears one.

Stop Hate UK and Report It

Third-party hate reporting, on every Glittered poster and inside every private facility.

The calendar

Ten dates a Glittered venue marks. Each is a night to put the campaign on the bar, the door and the socials, and a moment for your Inclusion Lead to run the conversation with the team.

The community we stand with

Glitterbomb supports all of these organisations, building a community of people who want fun, safe and inclusive spaces for everyone. Their logos show who we champion and who we send people to; they have not endorsed the Standard unless it says so on their own site.
